IMPORTANT INFORMATION

 

Orders close Tuesday at 2pm for Friday delivery.​

 

If you miss the cut off time you can order for the following week, visit a stockist or our factory shop.​​

 

It is ideal if someone is home to receive the order, although it is not required. All orders are packed in a sealed esky with ice packs, to keep frozen, however the time product can remain frozen can be greatly affected by weather conditions. If no one is home, your order will be left in a safe place so you can transfer to a freezer as soon as possible.

 

You will receive order tracking updates from the courier the night prior to delivery and the morning of delivery stating delivery window.

If there is a public holiday your order will be delivered the following weekday.​
