pre-portioned and snap frozen into gastronorm tubs

ready to slot into your prep bench. No need thaw, simply cook the pasta in boiling water until al dente.

PASTA PREPARATION

1. Boil

Boil the pasta from frozen in salted water - no need to thaw. 

​

Stir the pasta regularly to avoid clumping.

​

Small/Medium Saucepan:
5 - 6 minutes in rapidly boiling water.


Commercial Kitchen: 3 - 4 minutes in rapidly boiling water.

​

* Boiling time may vary if you have several frozen pasta portions in the same saucepan that reduce the water temperature.

2. Serve

Serve with Sugo tu Bolognese or Napoli sauce.
