Our recipe
We use Australia's highest grade Durum Semolina flour which is renowned world-wide for its quality and taste. The high content of fresh eggs provides a silky texture and full flavour.

Our method
Each ribbon is formed using a bronze die extruder and air dried slowly for a superior texture, fuller flavour, and improved digestibility.

Cooked to perfection
​Thawing is optional, simply pop the pasta straight in boiling water until al dente. It's that easy.
If your dough is thawed, keep refrigerated for 3 days in a sealed container.

PASTA PREPARATION
1. Boil
Boil the pasta from frozen in salted water - thawing optional.

Stir the pasta regularly to avoid clumping.
​
Small/Medium Saucepan:
5 - 6 minutes in rapidly boiling water.
Commercial Kitchen: 3 - 4 minutes in rapidly boiling water.
​
* Boiling time may vary if you have several frozen pasta portions in the same saucepan that reduce the water temperature.
2. Serve
