PASTA PREPARATION
1. Boil
Boil the pasta from frozen in salted water - no need to thaw.
Stir the pasta regularly to avoid clumping.
Small/Medium Saucepan:
5 - 6 minutes in rapidly boiling water.
Commercial Kitchen: 3 - 4 minutes in rapidly boiling water.
* Boiling time may vary if you have several frozen pasta portions in the same saucepan that reduce the water temperature.
2. Serve
Serve with Sugo tu Bolognese or Napoli sauce.
