Our signature product - the easy-stretch pizza dough disc, has been created from an authentic Italian recipe and is designed to increase kitchen efficiency and consistency. This ready made pizza dough does not need expensive dough mixing and rolling equipment, we've done the tricky part for you saving you time, money and allowing you to focus on delivering the highest quality meals to your customers. 

Each batch is slow-fermented for 72 hours resulting in a light, fluffy crust and crispy pizza base. Then each dough is shaped as a disc for fast thawing and proofing. Stretch to your preferred thickness or shape.

Our authentic pizza dough is also designed to bake hot and fast in almost any type of oven.

Made using Aussie flour and all natural ingredients our Bomboloni dough is ready
to proof, cook and serve or fill with your desired filling. Now there’s room for dessert.
Sugo tu’s dough balls are available on their own or complete with 2 piping bags
of Crema Pasticcera for you to fill.

PIZZA DOUGH PREPARATION

1. Thaw 

Thaw and proof dough in an airtight container at room temperature for 6-8 hours. Alternatively, thaw the dough overnight in the refrigerator, with an additional 2-3 hours at room temperature prior to service.

2. Stretch

Hand stretch the dough once it has doubled in size and reached room temperature.

3. Top 

Keep the toppings simple

4. Bake 

Bake at 300C for 3 minutes. (Bake time based on a conveyor pizza oven).
