Each pack is 500g - enough to top 4 to 5 pizzas.

    The cheese has a frozen shelf life of 3 months from the date you receive your order.

    Once thawed, the cheese can keep refrigerated for 3 days. 

    If there is a best before date on the pack, please ignore this as it has been snap frozen on the date of production.
