Each base is carefully hand-pressed to preserve the air pockets produced during fermentation, the result is an airy,
cloud-like dough that, while practically weightless, is packed with flavour.
The crust is soft on the inside, crunchy on the outside and will leave your customers craving more!
Compared to pizza bases made without sourdough, the Romana range is easier to digest and doesn't
leave you with a heavy feeling.

Pinsa is a lighter, crunchier and healthier version of the traditional Italian Pizza, characterized by its oval shape, crunchy outside and soft, cloud-like inside.

Simply top with fresh ingredients, and bake for 3 to 4 minutes, and you have a mouth-watering Roman-style Pinsa!
The Pinsini is a pre-folded pinsa ready to fill and bake to create a delicious sandwich-style eating experience!
