PIZZA DOUGH BAKING INSTRUCTIONS
(Available from Woolworths QLD, NSW & VIC)
1. BRING TO ROOM TEMP
Preheat oven to 250 deg C.
Leave the dough in the wrapper and bring to room temperature.
2. Stretch or Roll - Dust the dough with flour and stretch to about 11 inches (30cm) . We recommend using an upturned bowl to stretch the dough over for a quick and easy round pizzas. Use a rolling pin for a thin and crispy base. Transfer onto a piece of baking paper or floured surface.
3. Top - Now its time to get creative....top with your favourite ingredients. Remember less is more!
4. Bake - Bake on a tray, pizza screen or pre-heated pizza stone for 5 - 10 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
Frozen
PIZZA DOUGH BAKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Thaw
Preheat oven to 250 deg C,

QUICK METHOD: Pop the pouch in a full sink of hot tap water (not boiling) for approximately 30 minutes or until doubled the size.
BENCH TOP METHOD: Allow the dough to thaw and rise to double the size in pouch at room temperature, this can take a few hours.
2. Stretch or Roll - Coat the dough with flour and stretch into shape with your hands or use a rolling pin. We recommend using an upturned bowl to stretch the dough over for a quick and easy round pizzas. Once stretched, place the dough onto a piece of baking paper or floured surface.
3. Top - Now its time to get creative....top with your favourite ingredients. Remember less is more!

Apply sauce first, then cheese, then toppings
Less is more when it comes to toppings! Keep it simple.
Crank your oven up to at least 250 deg C!
