Bake at 250 degrees C minumum. Bake time can take between 5 - 10 minutes depending on your oven and amount of toppings.
  • What should I bake the dough on?
For a faster bake and crispier base you want MAXIMUM AIR FLOW during baking - use a pizza screen, pre-heated pizza stone or pizza tray with holes. A regular oven tray will still give a great result, but you might want to give it an extra minute baking and make sure it is well floured or using baking paper to prevent sticking!
  • The dough pouch has expanded, is it safe to eat?
YES! The air in the pouch is the by-product of fermentation and means that the yeast has worked its magic. You will bake a fluffy, bubbly pizza. If the dough has passed its used-by date and the dough smells sour or like vinegar then do not consume it.
  • What size should my pizza be?
We recommend stretching the dough to about 30cm (11 inches). However, you can make your pizza thick or thin to suit your preferences... it's up to you!
  • Do I need to let the dough rise?
For the best result, allow the dough to double in size. This will create a beautiful, light, fluffy, crunchy crust. If you don't allow the dough to rise, the pizza will be a thinner, crispier style.

We recommend 75g - 90g (about 2-3 tablespoons). Apply the sauce in circular motions from the centre of the dough.

No! Please do not micromave the dough! Microwaving the dough will kill the yeast, these tiny little organisms need time to work their magic.
