Then try this pizza!
Melted gooey jumbo marshmallows and Nutella on the base, then topped with your favourite Aussie biscuits - Arrowroots and Tim Tams.
Finished with a cherry ripe, a shower of Flake and icing sugar.
No matter how full you are this Christmas - you won't be able to stop eating this one.
Ingredients:

1 x Sugo tu Pizza Dough

Olive oil
-
Nutella
-
Jumbo Marshmallows
-
Arrowroot biscuits
-
Tim Tam Biscuits
-
Cherry Ripe (or your fave chocolates)
-
Flake
-
Icing Sugar
-
Fresh Cherry
-
Optional - whipped cream or ice cream
Method:
1) Pre-heat the oven to 250C.
2) Prepare the dough according to pack
3) Stretch the dough and drizzle with olive oil
4) Pre bake the dough until puffed up and just starting to brown
5) Then top with dollops of Nutella and jumbo marshmallows, bake again until the crust is crispy and the marshmallows are melting
6) Then top with wedges of arrowroot biscuits, chopped Tim Tams, cherry ripe and scatter the flake on top.
7) Dust with icing sugar and finish with a cherry on top
