MEATBALL pizza boats
All aboard the flavour boat!! 🚤 🍕 These pizza boats are setting straight to your cravings!
The perfect snack size and loaded with juicy meatballs, pizza sauce, jalapeños, onion, capsicum and a sprinkle of fresh basil 🌿
Beef or chicken meatballs taste great with this recipe .. or use both!! 👌
One pizza dough makes two boats ✅
Ingredients:

1 x Sugo tu Pizza Dough
-
Sugo tu pizza sauce
-
1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
-
Beef meatballs (6-8)
-
Onion Sliced or Diced
-
Capsicum Diced
-
Basil
-
Jalapenos
One Sugo tu pizza dough makes 2 boats.
Method:
1) Pre-heat the oven to 250C.
2) Prepare the dough according to pack
3) Cut the dough into half and place on a floured surface. Shape each half into a boat (see video) by pushing the centre down and pinching each end.
4) Bake or fry your meatballs
5) Top the doughs with pizza sauce, cheese, onion, capsicum, jalapenos and cooked meatballs.
6) Bake for 5-7 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
5) Garnish with basil.
