RED PESTO VEGGIE PIZZA

The red pesto gives an extra kick of flavour to this delicious veggie pizza. 
 

Ingredients:

  • 1 x Sugo tu pizza dough 

  • 75g Sugo tu Pizza sauce

  • 3/4 cup Mozzarella grated

  • 3 Tablespoons Red Pesto

  • 10 Cherry Tomatoes​

  • 1/2 Small Zucchini Sliced

  • Small bunch of asparagus

  • 10 Black Olives

  • Parmesan Cheese for sprinkling

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil (optional)

  • Salt

Method:

​

1) Pre-heat the oven to 250C.

2) Prepare the dough according to pack instructions. 

3) Stretch the dough and place onto a piece of baking paper or floured surface.

4) Drizzle the base with olive oil (optional), then top with pizza sauce, red pesto, mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, olives and asparagus.

5) Drizzle with a little olive oil and season with salt.

6) Bake for 6-8 minutes until the edges are golden brown.

7) Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
