POTATO & ROSEMARY PIZZA
Carbs on carbs never looked so good!
Golden potato and rosemary pizza baked to perfection on Sugo tu pizza dough.
A carb-lovers dream come true.
Ingredients:

Sugo tu Pizza Doughs
-
Olive Oil
-
1 cups shredded Mozzarella
-
1/4 cup parmesan
-
Fresh Rosemary
-
1 medium size potato sliced thin and par-cooked
-
Salt and Pepper
Tips:
We recommend par-cooking your sliced potato first
Method:
1) Pre-heat the oven to 250C.
2) Thaw the dough and let it double in size
3) Slice the potato and place on an oiled baking tray and bake until just tender enough a fork can pierce.
4) Stretch the dough, top with the cheeses, sliced potato and rosemary
5) Bake for about 6 minutes until the edges are golden brown
6) Season with salt and pepper and more rosemary.
