mortadella, burrata & pistachio pizza

A classic Italian combination that showcases cold toppings on a hot base and crunchy pistachios. 

 

We used fresh Burrata however you can also use Stracciatella. A drizzle of balsamic or fresh Basil also tastes great on this pizza.

The pizza dough is blind-baked and then you add the cold toppings. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 x Sugo tu Pizza Dough 

  • 150g Mortadella thinly shaved

  • Burrata Cheese

  • Crushed Pistachios

  • Olive Oil

Method:

1) Pre-heat the oven to 250C.

2) Prepare the dough according to pack 

3) Stretch the dough and place on a floured surface and drizzle with olive oil. 

4) Bake for 5-7 minutes until the edges are golden brown.

5) Top with Mortadella, Burrata and Pistachios
