KOFTA & TZATZIKI PIZZA
Middle East meets Italy.
Sugo Tu’s legendary dough and sauce loaded with juicy kofta mince, creamy tzatziki, punchy olives, fresh mint, and a zesty lemon drizzle to finish 🍋🔥
Ingredients:

Sugo tu Pizza Dough
-
Sugo tu pizza sauce
-
Kalamata Olives
-
1 cups shredded Mozzarella
-
1 or 2 Kofta sticks
-
Fresh Mint
-
Tzatziki dip
-
Fresh Lemon to drizzle
Method:
1) Pre-heat the oven to 250C.
2) Thaw the dough and let it double in size
3) Stretch the dough, place the kofta meat over the base in small balls or flatten gently with your fingers. It doesn't have to be even.
4) Top with dollops of pizza sauce, then cheese and olives.
5) Bake for about 6 minutes until the edges are golden brown
6) Finish with dollops of tzatziki dip, fresh Mint and a drizzle of fresh lemon juice.
