GARLIC PRAWN & CHILLI PIZZA

Fresh prawns, garlic, chilli and a sprinkle
of parsley.

Ingredients:

  • 1 x Sugo tu pizza dough 

  • Sugo tu Pizza Sauce

  • 6 - 8 large green prawns

  • Parsley chopped

  • 2 Garlic Cloves

  • 1 cup Mozzarella grated

  • Salt and Pepper

  • Olive Oil

  • Salt

  • Chilli

Method:

1) Pre-heat the oven to 250C.

2) Prepare the dough according to pack instructions. 

3) Stretch the dough and place onto a piece of baking paper or floured surface.

4) Coat the prawns with olive oil, sea salt and garlic, mix together.

5) Spread the pizza sauce over the dough, then top with cheese, prawns and herbs.

6) Bake for 6-7 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the prawns are cooked.

7) Top with chilli to your preferred taste.
