Ingredients:

1 x Sugo Tu pizza dough disc
-
12 small cubes of cheese (approx 1cm x 1cm)

Any herb of your choice
-
Sea salt

​​​Method:
Pre-heat the oven to 250C. Thaw dough according to pack instructions.
Cut the dough into 12 pieces.
Place a cube of cheese and some herbs into the centre of each dough and fold the dough over to seal.
Arrange in the shape of a Christmas tree so that each ball is touching.
Bake for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
After baking brush with olive oil for a shiny appearance (optional) and sprinkle with herbs and sea salt.
