Perfect for dips or to mop up your plate!

Some tips before you get started: 

  • Let your dough rise to at least double-size

  • Have a square of baking paper ready


  • 1 x Sugo Tu pizza dough disc

  • 12 small cubes of cheese (approx 1cm x 1cm)

  • Any herb of your choice

  • Sea salt


Pre-heat the oven to 250C. Thaw dough according to pack instructions and let it rise to at least double the size.

Cut the dough into 12 pieces.

Place a cube of cheese and some herbs into the centre of each dough and fold the dough over to seal.

Arrange in the shape of a Christmas tree so that each ball is touching.

Bake for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese has melted.

After baking brush with olive oil for a shiny appearance (optional) and sprinkle with herbs and sea salt.
