BISCOFF PIE
This Biscoff Pie is pure heaven.
Made with soft, chewy Sugo tu pizza dough and topped with crumbled biscuits for that perfect crunch.
It’s rich but not too sweet, and even better with a scoop of
vanilla ice cream on top.
We used two pizza doughs - one for the base and one for the top. But we warn you … it will be hard to stop at one piece!!
Ingredients:
-
2 x Sugo tu Pizza Dough
-
Biscoff Spread
-
Biscoff Biscuits
-
1 tablespoon Caster sugar
-
Icing Sugar for dusting
We used a non-stick pie dish for this recipe.
Method:
1) Pre-heat the oven to 200C.
2) Prepare the dough according to pack
3) Flour your pie dish and roll each dough to about 30cm diameter.
4) Place one dough on the base of the dish and generiously apply the Biscoff spread.
5) For the second dough, prick holes using a fork and place on top of the biscoff base. Seal the doughs together by pinching the edges.
6) Sprinkle the top with caster sugar
7) Bake for about 8 minutes until the edges are golden brown. Make sure you check that the sugar isn't burning.
8) While the pie is baking crush 4 Biscoff biscuits.
9) Once the pie is cooked, sprinkle with the crushed biscuits and icing sugar.
Enjoy!
