These Banh Mi–inspired pizza boats are built on fluffy Sugo Tu dough, loaded with juicy chicken meatballs, satay sauce, and a sweet chilli drizzle.

Ingredients:

1 x Sugo tu Pizza Dough

1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese

Chicken meatballs (6-8)

Crushed Peanuts
-
Cucumber Sliced
-
Carrot Sliced thin
-
Coriander
-
Sweet Chilli Sauce

Satay Sauce
One Sugo tu pizza dough makes 2 boats.
Method:
1) Pre-heat the oven to 250C.
2) Prepare the dough according to pack
3) Cut the dough into half and place on a floured surface. Shape each half into a boat (see video) by pushing the centre down and pinching each end.
4) Bake or fry your meatballs
5) Top the doughs with satay sauce, cheese and cooked meatballs.
6) Bake for 5-7 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
5) Top with cucumber, carrot, coriander, sweet chilli sauce and peanuts.
