If you love salty flavours, this one is for you!

Minimal ingredients, maximum flavour

Some tips before you get started: 

  • Watch our dough prep video here 

  • Flour your dough generously

  • Before topping, place your dough onto a piece of baking paper or floured surface so that you can easilt transfer it into the oven

  • Remember less is more when it comes to toppings!

Ingredients:

  • 1 x Sugo Tu pizza dough disc

  • 75g Sugo tu pizza sauce

  • 6 Anchovies (adjust amount to your taste)

  • 1 Tablespoon of capers

  • Bocconcini balls or sliced mozzarella

  • Semolina flour for dusting (optional)

Method:

1) Pre-heat the oven to 250C.

2)Prepare the dough according to pack instructions. We dusted the dough with semolina for this pizza for crunchy and chewy crust. 

3) Shape the dough and place onto a piece of baking paper or floured surface.

5) Top with sauce, cheese, anchovies and capers

6) Bake for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown

** Note this pizza was woodfired - creating the charring and leoparding on the crust.
