VEGEMITE & cHEESE
BOMB SCROLLS

A classic Aussie treat

Perfect for lunchboxes and freezer-friendly

Some tips before you get started: 

  • Flour your dough generously

  • There is no need to let your dough rise, simply bring to room temperature and it is ready

  • A rolling or bottle is handy for this recipe

  • Remember less is more when it comes to toppings!

Ingredients:

  • 1 x Sugo Tu pizza dough disc

  • Vegemite

  • Shredded Cheese (optional)

  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • YouTube

Method:

1) Pre-heat the oven to 220C.

2)Allow dough to reach room temperature. 

 

3) Roll or stretch the dough to about 30cm x 25cm

4) Spread vegemite over the dough and sprinkle with cheese

5) Roll lengthways and cut.

6) Line a baking with baking paper and place bombs onto baking paper. 

7) Bake for 4-5 minutes until golden brown 

Enjoy warm or freeze in batches for your convenience.
