VEGEMITE & cHEESE
BOMB SCROLLS
A classic Aussie treat
Perfect for lunchboxes and freezer-friendly
Some tips before you get started:

Flour your dough generously
-
There is no need to let your dough rise, simply bring to room temperature and it is ready
-
A rolling or bottle is handy for this recipe
-
Remember less is more when it comes to toppings!

Ingredients:
​

1 x Sugo Tu pizza dough disc
-
Vegemite
-
Shredded Cheese (optional)

Method:
1) Pre-heat the oven to 220C.
​
2)Allow dough to reach room temperature.
3) Roll or stretch the dough to about 30cm x 25cm
​
4) Spread vegemite over the dough and sprinkle with cheese
​
5) Roll lengthways and cut.
​
6) Line a baking with baking paper and place bombs onto baking paper.
​
7) Bake for 4-5 minutes until golden brown
​
Enjoy warm or freeze in batches for your convenience.
