turkey brie & cranberry pizza

Turkey Cranberry Pizza

A delicious holiday season pizza using leftover turkey, cranberry sauce and brie.

Some tips before you get started: 

​

  • Watch our dough prep video here 

  • Flour your dough generously

  • Before topping, place your stretched dough onto a floured piece of baking paper that way you can easily slide it onto a baking tray or pizza stone

  • No one likes a soggy pizza - less is more when it comes to toppings!

Ingredients:

​

  • 1 x Sugo Tu pizza dough disc

  • 3 tbsp cranberry sauce 

  • 100g Turkey (or chicken works well too)

  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella

  • 8 slices of brie

  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic

  • Rocket or fresh thyme to garnish

Method:

Pre-heat the oven to 250 deg Celsius. Thaw dough according to pack instructions. Stretch the dough to about 11" and place on a piece of floured baking paper or pizza screen.

 

Mix cranberry sauce and crushed garlic and spread over the base. Add the turkey, mozzarella and brie.

​

Bake for 5-8 minutes or until the crust is blistery and golden brown. 

After baking sprinkle with a handful of rocket or fresh thyme.
