The kids will have so much fun making these!

Some tips before you get started: 

​

  • Watch our dough prep video here 

  • Flour your dough generously

  • Before topping, place your stretched dough onto a floured piece of baking paper that way you can easily slide it onto a baking tray or pizza stone

  • No one likes a soggy pizza - less is more when it comes to toppings!

Ingredients:

​

  • 1 x Sugo Tu pizza dough disc

  • Sugo Sauce

  • 100g shredded mozzarella or bocconcini

  • 100g Ham or chicken (or make vegetarian if you wish)

  • Tin of corn

  • Vegetables of your choice e.g capsicum, tomatoes, cubed zucchini

Method:

Pre-heat the oven to 250 deg Celsius. Thaw dough according to pack instructions. Cut the dough disc in half. Stretch and shape the dough to make 2 small bases, about 7" in size each.

 

Spread the sugo sauce over the base, then add the cheese, and then meat and veggies of your choice placing them on the base to make smiley faces.

Bake for 5-8 minutes or until the crust is blistery and golden brown.
