Golden roasted pumpkin and crumbly feta - even the carnivores will love this recipe! 

Some tips before you get started: 

  • Watch our dough prep video here 

  • Flour your dough generously

  • Before topping, place your stretched dough onto a floured piece of baking paper that way you can easily slide it onto a baking tray or pizza stone

  • No one likes a soggy pizza - less is more when it comes to toppings!


  • 1 x Sugo Tu pizza dough disc

  • 100g shredded mozzarella

  • 1/4 Jap pumpkin, sliced 

  • 50g Danish feta or goats cheese

  • Balsamic glaze to drizzle

  • Small handful of pine nuts

  • Handful or rocket to garnish

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Extra Virgin olive oil


Prepare the dough according to pack instructions.

Pre-heat the oven to 250 deg Celsius. Slice the pumpkin, coat with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake until soft and the edges have brown charring.

Toast the pine nuts in a pan until just brown.

Stretch the dough to about 11" top with the shredded mozzarella and pumpkin. Bake for 5-8 minutes or until the crust is blistery and golden brown.

After baking drizzle a generous amount of balsamic glaze, add the pine nuts, crumble the feta or goats cheese over the top and a handful of rocket.
