EASY-STRETCH DOUGH DISCS

Our signature product - the easy-stretch dough disc, has been created from an authentic Italian recipe. Each batch is slowly fermented resulting in a light, fluffy crust and crispy base, typically Italian.

Each dough is shaped as disc for fast thawing and proofing. Stretch to your preferred thickness or shape. Designed to bake hot and fast (at least 250C).

DOUGH INSTRUCTIONS:

1) Thaw and proof dough in an airtight container at room temperature for 6-8 hours. Alternatively, thaw the dough overnight in the refrigerator, with an additional 2-3 hours at room temperature prior to service.

2) Hand stretch the dough once it has doubled in size and reached room temperature.

3) Top - Keep the toppings simple

4) Bake - Bake at 300C for 3 minutes. (Bake time based on a conveyor pizza oven).

Frozen Shelf Life 12 months.

Thawed Shelf Life: 4 days refrigerated (airtight)

PARBAKED PIZZA BASES

The parbaked bases are made using the same authentic, Italian-style recipe as the dough discs. Each base is hand-stretched and stone-baked.

The bases can be pre-sauced using our signature pizza sauce for your convenience.

The plain bases have a light covering of extra virgin olive oil.

Our NEW Artisan Sourdough pizza bases are created with a premium sourdough recipe resulting in a beautiful thick crust. The bases are rich in flavour and aroma, and bake golden brown with the perfect amount of crunch.

Each base is hand-stretched, stone-baked and ready for you to top.

Made with 100% Australian Wheat Flour.

Sugo tu's Gluten Free pizza bases are made with premium blend of gluten free flours and prepared to our strict quality standards. The bases are raw, pressed into shape and bake with a fluffy, yet crisp base. This is not your typical Gluten Free pizza  base and your customers love them!

Each base is supplied on a sheet of baking paper for easy handling and to minimise cross contamination in your kitchen.

TIP!

Blind bake the pizza bases in batches ready for service.

HOW TO PREPARE:

1) Remove top paper - DO NOT REMOVE BASE PAPER

2) Thaw the dough until soft.

3) For a thicker base, allow the dough to rise slightly before baking

4) Top

5) Bake at 225C - 300C for 3 - 5 minutes or until cooked*.

*BAKING TIMES AND TEMP STATED ABOVE IS A GUIDE. TIMES VARY DEPENDING ON OVEN AND TEMPERATURE.
