NUTELLA & RASPBERRY DESSERT PIZZA

Give in to your Nutella craving - a great pizza to share. Try it with sliced banana or shape the dough into a heart for Valentines Day.

Some tips before you get started: 

​

  • Watch our dough prep video here 

  • Flour your dough generously

  • Before topping, place your stretched dough onto a floured piece of baking paper that way you can easily slide it onto a baking tray or pizza stone

  • No one likes a soggy pizza - less is more when it comes to toppings!

Ingredients:

​

  • 1 x Sugo Tu pizza dough disc

  • Nutella

  • Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream

  • Raspberries or banana

  • Handful of crushed hazelnuts

  • Fresh Mint to garnish​

Method:

Pre-heat the oven to 250 deg Celsius. 

Thaw dough according to pack instructions, Stretch the dough and place on a piece of floured baking paper.

​

Brush the dough with extra virgin olive oil and stab the centre of the dough with a fork 5 times. Bake for 5-8 minutes or until the crust is blistery and golden brown.

After baking spead a generous amount of nutella over the base. Then add the fruit and dollop with or vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Then sprinkle with the crushed hazelnuts and mint.
