Love pineapple on pizza? This is a classic hit!
Crispy bacon and sweet chunky pineapple.

Flour your dough generously

Before topping, place your stretched dough onto a floured piece of baking paper that way you can easily slide it onto a baking tray or pizza stone

No one likes a soggy pizza - less is more when it comes to toppings!

Ingredients:

1 x Sugo Tu pizza dough disc
-
75g Sugo sauce
-
100g shredded mozzarella or tasty cheese
-
8 Bacon Strips (pre fry if you want extra crispy bacon)

Chopped onion
-
Chopped Chives or Shallots
-
Tinned pineapple, drained (pat dry with paper towel to absorb excess moisture)

Method:
Pre-heat the oven to 250 deg Celsius. Prepare the dough according to the pack instructions.
Stretch the dough to about 11" and place on a piece of floured baking paper, floured tray or pizza screen.
Spread your sauce over the base, then the cheese, pineapple, onion and bacon last.
Bake for 5-8 minutes or until the crust is blistery and golden brown.
Sprinkle with chopped chives before serving.
