HALLOWEEN MINI PIZZAS
The kids will have so much fun making these!
Whip up these fun pizzas for Halloween. There are plenty of ingredients you can use to make the designs on top – so grab the kids and get creative.
IMPORTANT TIP
To avoid a bubbly crust messing up your design while baking, don't allow the dough to double in size before stretching. When stretching the dough, use your hands or a rolling pin to flatten the dough and push the air out before topping.
RECIPE - makes 8 mini pizzas​
Ingredients:

2 x Sugo Tu pizza dough discs

Sugo tu Pizza Sauce
-
150g shredded mozzarella

Red capsicum sliced

Black Olives sliced
-
Two sweet potato slices, microwaved for 45 seconds to soften

Two slices white potato, microwaved for 45 seconds to soften
-
Gherkins
-
Zucchini
-
Corn Kernals

Method:
Pre-heat the oven to 250 deg Celsius.

Thaw dough and bring it to room temperature but don't allow it to rise. Cut each dough into 4 pieces and flatten each quarter into a round shape and place on a floured surface or baking paper.

Now it's time to get creative and make your spooky designs!

Bake for 5-8 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
