The perfect combination of sweet and savoury
Try with a drizzle of honey or balsamic glaze


  • 1 x Sugo Tu pizza dough disc

  • 75g Sugo tu pizza sauce

  • 100g prosciutto

  • 1 - 2 fresh figs sliced

  • Blue cheese, Gorgonzola, Brie (or any cheese of your choice)

  • Handful of rocket

  • Honey or balsamic glaze (optional)


1) Pre-heat the oven to 250C.

2) Prepare the dough according to pack instructions. We dusted the dough with semolina for a crunchy and chewy crust. 

3) Shape the dough and place onto a piece of baking paper or floured surface.

5) Top with sauce and bake for 6-7 minutes until the edges are golden brown

6) Top with your cold ingredients, rocket and drizzle with honey or balsamic glaze
