These are super fun, super tasty and will really impress your guests!

The warmth of the bread makes the cheese all soft and they are perfect for dunking into your favourite dip.


  • 1 x Sugo Tu pizza dough disc

  • Crushed garlic (optional)

  • Olive Oil

  • Sea Salt


Thaw dough according to pack instructions.

1) Thaw the dough according to pack instructions

2) Cut the dough into quarters and shape each quarter into a triangle

3) Cover with a small amount of olive and garlic

4) Pan fry on an oiled pan, medium heat. If you are using garlic make sure they are garlic side UP so it doesn't burn. Fry the dough until it is bubbling and almost cooked through before flipping.

5) Flip the dough and cook the top side until golden brown

6) Season with sea salt
