Who said pizza has to be round?! Shaping the dough into a paddle is the perfect shape to cut into squares for sharing. ​

Using just a few ingredients this pizzas is so tasty combining super-sweet cherry tomatoes, garlic, cheese and herbs.
TIP - (If you don't have cherry tomatoes substitute with sliced regular tomatoes)

Some tips before you get started:

Flour your dough generously

Before topping, place your stretched dough onto a floured piece of baking paper that way you can easily slide it onto a baking tray or pizza stone

Ingredients:

1 x Sugo Tu pizza dough
-
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-
100g bocconcini or shredded mozzarella
-
Cherry Tomatoes (or sliced regular tomatoes)
-
1 Garlic clove crushed
-
Dried Oregano (or any dried herb will work)
-
Fresh thyme for garnish

Sea Salt

Method:
Pre-heat the oven to 250 deg Celsius. Prepare the dough according to pack instructions.
Stretch the dough into a rectangle shape (about 30cm x 20cm) and place on a piece of baking paper or floured surface.
Sprinkle the olive oil over the base, then the cheese, garlic, cherry tomatoes and dried herbs.
Bake for 5-8 minutes or until the crust is blistery and golden brown.
After baking, season with salt and fresh thyme.
Cut into slices and devour!
