Some tips before you get started:

Let your dough rise to at least double-size

Have a square of baking paper ready
​
Ingredients:
​

1 x Sugo Tu pizza dough disc
-
50g grated cheese
-
1 Clove of garlic, crushed
-
Any herb of your choice
-
Sea salt

​​​Method:
Pre-heat the oven to 250C. Thaw dough according to pack instructions and let it rise to at least double the size.
​Shape the dough into an oval and place onto a piece of baking paper.
Score the top of the dough diagonally and place the grated cheese, garlic and herbs into the grooves.
Sprinkle with sea salt.
Bake for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve while hot.
