Our signature product - the easy-stretch dough disc, has been created from an authentic Italian recipe and is designed to increase kitchen efficiency and consistency. No need for expensive dough mixing and rolling equipment, we've done the tricky part for you saving you time, money and allowing you to focus on delivering the highest quality meals to your customers. 

Each batch is slow-fermented resulting in a light, fluffy crust and crispy base. Then each dough is shaped as a disc for fast thawing and proofingStretch to your preferred thickness or shape.

DOUGH PREPARATION

1. Thaw 

Thaw and proof dough in an airtight container at room temperature for 6-8 hours. Alternatively, thaw the dough overnight in the refrigerator, with an additional 2-3 hours at room temperature prior to service.

2. Stretch

Hand stretch the dough once it has doubled in size and reached room temperature.

3. Top 

Keep the toppings simple

4. Bake 

Bake at 300C for 3 minutes. (Bake time based on a conveyor pizza oven).
