sage & potato pizza

A delicious combination of potato, shallots and fresh sage.
 

Ingredients:

​

  • 1 x Sugo tu pizza dough 

  • 1 medium Potato sliced very thin

  • 1 Shallot (or swap out for white onion)

  • Handful of fresh Sage

  • 30-50g Mozzarella (or any cheese of your choice)

  • Salt and Pepper

  • Olive Oil

Method:

​

1) Pre-heat the oven to 250C.

2) Prepare the dough according to pack instructions. 

3) Shape the dough and place onto a piece of baking paper or floured surface.

4) Top with olive oil, cheese, potato, shallots, sage and season with salt and pepper

5) Bake for 6-7 minutes until the edges are golden brown
