Baking Instructions: Perfect Pizza in 4 easy steps


1. Thaw - Preheat oven to 250C. Thawing is simple. Leave the pouch on your bench to prove (rise), or to accelerate the process you can pop the pouch in hot water for 20 - 30 minutes until the dough doubles in size. 


2. Stretch - the dough his incredibly durable and very easy to stretch. Lightly dust the dough with flour. Stretch the dough to about 11 inches and pop it onto a floured piece of baking paper.


3. Top - Great pizza is always about the base and you have that covered, now it's time to get creative...but as the experts will tell you - less if often more.


4. Bake -  Can be cooked on a BBQ pizza oven, woodfired or in a conventional oven. For best results use a pizza tray or stone. Bake for 5-10 minutes until the crust is golden brown.

    Storage: Dough keep refrigerated for 3 days. Sauce keep rerigerated for 3 days once thawed.
