
lamb & spinach pizza
Rich roast lamb, spinach and cheese. You won't want to share this one!

Flour your dough generously

Before topping, place your stretched dough onto a floured piece of baking paper that way you can easily slide it onto a baking tray or pizza stone

No one likes a soggy pizza - less is more when it comes to toppings!
Ingredients:

1 x Sugo Tu pizza dough disc
-
Sugo tu Pizza Sauce
-
100g cooked lamb (we used left over roast lamb)
-
Handful of fresh spinach
-
Capsicum
-
Red onion (or any other veggies of your choice)
Method:
Pre-heat the oven to 250 deg Celsius. Prepare the dough according to pack instructions. Cook the lamb (or use your left overs).
Stretch the dough to about 10" - 11" and place on a piece of floured baking paper.
Sprinkle the cheese over the base, then add the lamb and veggies.
Bake for 5-8 minutes or until the crust is blistery and golden brown.
After baking sprinkle with salt and some more fresh spinach or herbs.
