You've found the secret to creating restaurant quality pizza at home. Our dough is so easy to use the whole family can get involved and have some creative fun along the way.
Each pack contains 4 x 200g individually sealed pizza doughs. Just pop the pouch in a sink of hot water for 30 minutes or leave on your bench top to rise to double size.
Try using our dough to make calzones, fried flat breads, filled dough balls, pides and cinnamon scrolls, the possibilities are endless!

4 easy steps
Our dough has been created & packaged to provide you with a simple 4 step process that will ensure you get the perfect result every time. Each dough is individually wrapped for your convenience.
Read our instructions and tips below to create your own masterpiece!
Preheat oven to 250 deg C
QUICK METHOD: Pop the pouch in a full sink of hot tap water (not boiling) for approx 20 - 30 minutes or until thawed.
BENCH TOP METHOD: Allow the dough to thaw and rise in pouch at room temperature, this can take 2 - 4 hours depending on ambient temperature.
2. Stretch or Roll - Coat the dough with flour and stretch into shape with your hands or use a rolling pin. Place onto a piece of baking paper.
3. Top - Now its time to get creative....top with your favourite ingredients.
4. Bake - Bake on a tray or pre-heated stone for 5 - 10 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
Tips for perfect homemade pizza
For a thicker crust allow the dough to double in size before opening the pouch
Apply sauce first, then cheese, then toppings
Stretching the dough over an upturned bowl creates and nice round shape
Toppings - remember less is more!
