You've found the secret to creating restaurant quality pizza at home.

Our dough is made using high-protein 100% Australian Wheat Flour and crafted from a traditional Italian sourdough recipe. The dough is fermented over two days  resulting in a light base with a perfectly crispy crust.

 Our sauce is made using sweet, ripe tomatoes and loaded with fresh

garlic and basil.

Only a minimal amount is required ensuring no soggy pizzas!


All products are vegan, frozen fresh and preservative free.

four step dough prep

Prepare the perfect pizza in 4 easy steps!

We've included some extra tips to creating the ultimate masterpiece!


1. Thaw 

Preheat oven to 250 deg C,

QUICK METHOD: Pop the pouch in a full sink of hot tap water (not boiling) for approx 20 - 30 minutes or until doubled the size.

BENCH TOP METHOD: Allow the dough to thaw and rise to double the size in pouch at room temperature, this can take a few hours

2. Stretch or Roll - Coat the dough with flour and stretch into shape with your hands or use a rolling pin. Place onto a piece of baking paper.

3. Top - Now its time to get creative....top with your favourite ingredients.

4. Bake -  Bake on a tray or pre-heated stone for 5 - 10 minutes until the crust is golden brown.

Tips for perfect homemade pizza

For a thicker crust allow the dough to double in size before opening the pouch


Apply sauce first, then cheese, then toppings


Stretching the dough over an upturned bowl creates and nice round shape
