garlic & rosemary knots
The perfect accompaniment to any dish or antipasto platter.
Some tips before you get started:
Flour your dough generously
Place the dough onto a piece of baking paper that way you can easily slide it onto a baking tray or pizza stone
1 x Sugo Tu pizza dough disc
Thaw dough according to pack instructions.
Pre-heat the oven to 250 deg Celsius.
Flour the dough and cut into 8 pieces- it is easiest to start by cutting down the centre first.
Gently shape each piece of dough into a snake band tie a knot. Push a little crushed garlic into the centre of the knot. (Or alternatively you can brush them with a mix of crushed garlic, rosemary and olive oil after baking).
Place onto a piece of baking paper.
Bake for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.
