Baking Instructions: Perfect Pizza in 4 easy steps
1. Thaw - Thawing is simple. Leave the pouch on your bench to prove (rise), or to accelerate the process you can pop the pouch in hot water for 20 - 30 minutes until the dough doubles in size.
2. Stretch - the dough his incredibly durable and very easy to stretch. Lightly dust the dough with flour. Stretch the dough to about 11 inches and pop it onto a floured piece of baking paper.
3. Top - Great pizza is always about the base and you have that covered, now it's time to get creative...but as the experts will tell you - less if often more.
4. Bake - Preheat oven to 250 deg Celcius. Can be cooked on a BBQ pizza oven, woodfired or in a conventional oven. For best results use a pizza tray or stone. Bake for 5-10 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
